Travel & Dive Insurance:
reefencounter.com.au highly recommends everyone have their own travel and dive insurance.
Flying & Scuba Diving:
Ensure a minimum of 18-24 hours after scuba diving before flying or travel to altitude. Note: All tours advertised on this website which include scuba diving activities and flying use low flying air crafts in which flying after scuba diving is permitted.
Qualified (certified) divers are required to provide proof of their certification level. Reefencounter.com.au or your tour agent can help verify your diver rating in the case of lost/missing licences but must be contacted in advance of your travel date.
To contact us, please call +61 7 4051 5777 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
All Scuba Diving:
Age and medical restrictions apply to all scuba activities. Minimum age for certified scuba divers (qualified) is 10 years old, minimum age for trying resort scuba diving is 12 years.
All boat tours require everyone complete a medical declaration form before participating in water activities. Certain medical conditions and/or medications may prevent participation in scuba diving activities. These include, but are not limited to: epilepsy, asthma, diabetes, lung conditions, and heart disease. Contact your tour booking agent for more information if you have a condition or are taking medication that may be contrary to scuba diving to avoid disappointment.
